In you Gmail account, make sure you are viewing you calendar. In the calendar view, locate the "Other Calendar" heading that appears on the left hand side of the screen. If the individual is part of the IWU network, you can begin typing in their name or email address in the dialog box that appears under the "Other Calendar" title and the system will find the individuals account. If the individual is not part of the IWU network, click the drop down arrow that appears next to "Other Calendar" and type in the individual's email address. If the individual's settings permit calendar sharing, their name (or the email address) will appear under the "Other Calendar" title. To have an individual's calendar appear on screen, make sure the box to the left of their name is selected. A colored box next to an individual's name indicates that you are viewing their calendar and all of his/her events will either appear in that color or be outlined in that color on the screen.
