Q. I think my computer has a virus, what do I do?

You may update and run your installed anti-virus software and/or your anti-malware software. This process may restore your computer to a functional state.

 

If you're unsure and want help, you can bring your laptop to the Thorpe Center, and one of the student workers can help you with the virus on your laptop during that time, or you can fill out a Service Request Form. The Service Request Form gives us the information needed for the student workers in Service and Repair to work on your laptop. You will need to bring your laptop charger with you and your laptop.
