While you cannot password-protect Outlook as a whole, you can set a password for your personal folders (inbox, outbox, sent, drafts, etc.). You will need to right-click the "Personal Folders" folder on the left-hand side of Outlook and select "Personal Folders Properties." Under the "General" tab there should be an "Advanced..." button. Click on that and choose "Change Password" from the window that appears. Enter in your password (it does not necessarily need to be your email password) in all three fields, leave "Save this password..." blank, and select "OK."
