At any of our copier/printers a login screen appears, type in your ID number (starting with 900XXXXXX) and hit Login.

Click the Scan icon.

Click on the Direct Input option (underneath the Address Book).

Type in your email. For the @ symbol, click the Shift key. Once your full email is entered, then click OK.

For scanning papers, place the papers face up in the tray on the top. If they are double-sided, you will need to select two-sided (bottom left corner). Then press Start.

For scanning books or other materials, lift up the lid of the scanner and place the item in the top, left corner. Close the lid and press Start. You will continue this process until you have scanned all of your pages.

Once you are done scanning, click Finish. Then hit Start one more time. This is the step that sends your scanned document to your email.
