If the book you are looking for is not available in either the Ames Library catalog or I-Share, you can request it through ILLiad

The first step is to log into your ILLiad account. Once in ILLiad, go to the New Request box located in the left-hand sidebar. Click on the Loan option.

Fill in as much information about the book as you can provide. The fields with red asterisks must be filled in for the request to be processed. If you aren't sure of some information, you can look up the book in WorldCat. If you cannot locate some of the mandatory information or if it does not apply, you can type "n/a" into the field(s).

After you have submitted the request, the book will be delivered within two weeks and may be picked up at the Library Services Desk on the main floor of The Ames Library. Please note that on rare occasions, we may not be able to locate a copy of the book for borrow. You can read more about our ILLiad policies here
