Zotero Connector, which is a browser extension that allows you to quickly save any items you find, is a great tool. We have discovered that it sometimes interferes with accessing library materials.

If, when you are tryng to open resources form the the library databases, you get this message, ""EZproxy is currently unavailable. Please contact your system administrator for assistance," you need to adjust your proxy settings

To do so:

Go to this guide, which will tell how to open your Zotero Connector settings, based on what brwoser you use.

Once you have opened the settings, you will highlight "https://proxy.iwu.edu/login?qurl=%u," which shows up in the "Configured Proxies" box, and click the minus button to delete it.
